Excellent use of bright colours, and the figure is well-captured.
The inner corners of her eyes don't quite look coloured right, though (they look a little blood-shot). Also, the shading at the top of her left arm, where it runs down from the shoulder, looks off (I'm guessing that was layer-shaded, or whatever the right term is?); maybe you could have blended it in a bit better with the rest of the arm's shading.
Overall, a good piece. Nice work
